Bylaws & Policies (2008) These Bylaws are approved, final and binding, and what you see printed is the final version. The Policies segment is in the final version, including all the housekeeping changes, but needs the approval of the Board of Directors at the April 2008 meeting. Each director will receive an emailed version of the Policies identifying the housekeeping changes. Please read them carefully and be prepared for their adoption at the April 18, 2008 Board of Directors meeting in St. Charles.
